Drink Driving
Drink driving is one of the most serious offences in Motoring Law. We do not condone Drink Driving in any way but if you have a defence it is important that it is prepared properly by expert motoring lawyers. If you are found guilty of drink driving then the Court must disqualify you from driving, there are very few exceptions to this.
To avoid a ban for drink driving you have to show to the Court that there are special reasons not to disqualify you from driving. The Court will not be concerned that the ban will mean you will lose your job, nor that it will affect someone else. A common argument for special reasons not to disqualify for Drink Driving is the spiked drinks argument. You will need to show that someone had added alcohol to your drink and that you weren't aware of this.
