Motoring cases are not generally eligible for Legal Aid, with a few exceptions. We do not offer Legal Aid. If you face a serious charge and want Legal Aid we would advise that you contact a local government appointed Legal Aid Solicitor.

Our costs are always on a fixed fee basis, we do not charge by the hour. Our fee’s are guaranteed, what we quote is what you pay, there are no hidden costs, no expenses. We do not believe in quoting the ‘without VAT’ cost, all our quotes include VAT. Once we have set a figure you can be confident that there will be no extras.

We aim to make payment simple by accepting all credit or debit cards, Paypal, Google Checkout and cheques.

We aim to keep our prices within reach of the average motorists. We keep our overheads low so that we can pass on our savings to you.

You are not paying for flashy offices, just top quality expert advice.

We will always give free initial advice, you don’t pay until we agree to act and agree a fee.

We offer fixed fee advice and representation.

All of the costs include VAT, travel, and any other expenses.

Schedule of Fees

Statement of Mitigation: Including taking all instructions from you, review of your case, preparation of statement with unlimited revisions from £130.

Guilty Plea: Including taking your instructions, preparing your mitigation, unlimited access to a Motoring Solicitor, attending Court on your behalf, speaking in Court on your behalf from £650.

Not Guilty Plea: We are unable to give a precise figure for a not guilty plea because every case is different. Until we have reviewed your case we do not know how much work is involved. As a guide a basic trial with 1 witness would cost in the region of £750. We are happy to provide a free case assessment and then tell you what is involved and how much it would cost.
